Growth Operations Architect

Job Summary

Acting as a primary builder and operator within the Growth Marketing Team, the full-time remote Senior Growth Operations Architect will manage experiment architecture, project execution, and reporting while implementing automated growth plays and leveraging AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational rhythm of weekly growth sprints, documenting experiment hypotheses and holding team members accountable for their tasks
• Take ownership of building, monitoring, and maintaining automated growth plays across various platforms
• Explore and improve AI tooling integration to enhance operations and accelerate experimentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Technical Marketing Operations
• Demonstrated owner mentality with a proactive approach to troubleshooting software platforms
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to create transparent project backlogs and dashboards
• Strong competency in navigating sales sequence management systems, AI GTM tools, and data enrichment brokers
