Seeking a data-driven and technically oriented generalist, the full-time remote Growth Operations Associate will manage CRM data hygiene, support product updates, and oversee marketing operations while collaborating with various teams to enhance B2B initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead lists and CRM data management, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness in HubSpot
• Support product updates by creating and managing digital assets and landing pages
• Oversee marketing operations, including campaign performance tracking and content strategy execution

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or operations
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or Gemini
• Proficiency in web and design tools like Framer, Shopify, Canva, or Figma
• Strong project management skills, ideally using Asana
