Growth Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Directors and Customer Success Managers with RFP responses and prepare materials for client engagements
• Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis requests, ensuring data is useful for client conversations and internal meetings
• Maintain CRM hygiene and improve slow or inconsistent processes across the go-to-market team

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations
• Ability to work across both Sales and Customer Success teams
• Strong data and reporting skills, with the ability to present information clearly
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and a commitment to keeping records accurate
• Proficient in producing client-facing materials with minimal editing required
