Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Ops & Insights Manager, Remote US.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage customer analytics to identify insights and validate causal hypotheses
Design and execute interventions that drive user engagement and behavior change across the customer lifecycle
Enable the Customer Success team with data-driven tools and insights to enhance customer interactions

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in Ops, Growth, Product, or generalist startup roles
Proven track record of ownership and proactive problem-solving
Experience with BI platforms, SQL/Python, or natural language querying tools
Ability to translate insights into actionable programs and workflows
Curiosity about user workflows and a strong desire to understand customer needs
