Growth Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

Connecting strategic growth initiatives with operational reality, the full-time salaried Growth Operations Program Manager will manage the end-to-end operational coordination of multiple transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment across various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the integrated program plan, tracking work-streams, milestones, and status across multiple teams
• Drive alignment and sequence workflows across Operations, Product, Clinical, and other departments to support growth initiatives
• Identify and escalate cross-functional bottlenecks, maintaining a "blocked list" for executive review

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications
• 5+ years of program/project management or operations experience in a growth-stage startup environment
• Direct experience in healthcare, health tech, or digital health, with knowledge of regulatory dynamics
• Hands-on experience with product rollouts or product-led transformations
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Google Workspace
