Growth Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support ambitious growth targets, the fully remote Growth Operations Specialist will build and optimize operational workflows, design scalable recruiting pipelines, and analyze key growth metrics while working on a flexible contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting
• Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines from sourcing and outreach through onboarding
• Track and analyze key growth metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting high-volume pipelines in recruiting, sales, or operations
• Strong ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas for improvement
• Experience in growth marketing, recruiting, or business operations is a plus
