Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to join their Developer Ecosystem organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source leads and manage outreach and communications with agencies
  • Support creator onboarding and recruitment to enhance ecosystem growth
  • Track and manage leads throughout the recruitment funnel and iterate on efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, partner management, marketing, or operations
  • Experience with ticketing and CRM systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Direct communication experience with external product users
  • Resourceful and action-oriented with a proven ability to develop creative solutions
