Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to join their Developer Ecosystem organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Source leads and manage outreach and communications with agencies
- Support creator onboarding and recruitment to enhance ecosystem growth
- Track and manage leads throughout the recruitment funnel and iterate on efforts
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales, partner management, marketing, or operations
- Experience with ticketing and CRM systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Direct communication experience with external product users
- Resourceful and action-oriented with a proven ability to develop creative solutions
