Growth Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support ambitious growth targets, the part-time hourly Growth Operations Specialist will build and optimize operational workflows, manage recruiting pipelines, and analyze growth metrics in a fully remote contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting
• Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines from sourcing through onboarding to expand the contributor network
• Track and analyze key growth metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting high-volume pipelines in recruiting, sales, or operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a natural inclination for process improvement
• Experience in growth marketing, recruiting, or business operations is a plus
