Job Summary

To support ambitious growth targets, the freelance Growth Operations Specialist will build and optimize operational workflows, design scalable recruiting pipelines, and analyze key growth metrics while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting
• Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines from sourcing to onboarding
• Track and analyze key growth metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting high-volume pipelines in recruiting, sales, or operations
• Strong ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solving mindset
• Experience in growth marketing, recruiting, or business operations is a plus
