Growth Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support ambitious growth targets, the part-time hourly Growth Operations Specialist will build, manage, and optimize operational workflows for contributor recruiting and growth initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting
• Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines from sourcing to onboarding
• Track and analyze key growth metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting high-volume pipelines in recruiting, sales, or operations
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with spreadsheets and analytics tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and addressing operational improvements
• Experience in growth marketing, recruiting, or business operations is a plus
