Job Summary

To support ambitious growth targets, the fully remote Growth Operations Specialist will build and optimize operational workflows, manage recruiting pipelines, and analyze growth metrics in a flexible freelance role.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting
• Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines from sourcing to onboarding to grow the contributor network
• Track and analyze key growth metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting high-volume pipelines in recruiting, sales, or operations
• Strong proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in growth marketing, recruiting, or business operations is a plus
