Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting
• Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines from sourcing to onboarding
• Track and analyze key growth metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting high-volume pipelines in recruiting, sales, or operations
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
• Ability to document processes and present findings clearly
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas for improvement
• Experience in growth marketing, recruiting, or related fields is a plus
