Growth Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support ambitious growth targets, the remote freelance Growth Operations Specialist will build and optimize operational workflows, manage recruiting pipelines, and analyze key growth metrics while working flexibly on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting
• Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines from sourcing to onboarding to expand the contributor network
• Track and analyze key growth metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting high-volume pipelines in recruiting, sales, or operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a focus on process improvement
• Experience in growth marketing, recruiting, or business operations is a plus
