Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Partner, responsible for driving customer adoption and strategic relationships with distributor clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the executive relationship at each distributor, overseeing onboarding and long-term growth
  • Build and execute structured rollout plans to ensure daily ordering behavior among distributor customers
  • Act as a strategic advisor, recommending features and redirecting non-valuable requests from distributor leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Foodservice distribution experience with an understanding of sales and operations
  • Executive presence to engage with C-level executives effectively
  • Consultative mindset for driving behavioral change in established organizations
  • Technical fluency to discuss platform capabilities and integrations credibly
  • Proven track record in driving adoption or change management in enterprise B2B accounts
