Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Partner Development Manager to enable and support newly acquired partners in scaling their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business by nurturing and expanding relationships with up to 150 Solutions Partners
- Coach partners on go-to-market strategies, helping them co-sell and grow their customer base
- Drive partner sales through collaboration on marketing campaigns and consulting on service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with sales experience
- 2+ years of experience with technology platforms and solutions
- Experience in the software (SaaS) industry and understanding of SaaS go-to-market models
- Ability to identify areas for improvement in partner development strategies
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities
