Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Partner Development Manager to enable and support newly acquired partners in scaling their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business by nurturing and expanding relationships with up to 150 Solutions Partners
  • Coach partners on go-to-market strategies, helping them co-sell and grow their customer base
  • Drive partner sales through collaboration on marketing campaigns and consulting on service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience with technology platforms and solutions
  • Experience in the software (SaaS) industry and understanding of SaaS go-to-market models
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement in partner development strategies
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities
