Job Summary

To drive pipeline and revenue growth through strategic partnerships, the full-time Growth Partner Manager will lead partner development and relationship management in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all channel, referral, and strategic partner relationships
  • Build and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives pipeline and revenue growth
  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling strategies, events, and partner campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales roles
  • Proven track record of sourcing, managing, and growing revenue-generating partnerships in healthcare, SaaS, or digital health
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth targets
  • Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or digital health experience strongly preferred
