Job Summary
Designing and managing a referral partner program, the full-time Growth Partner Manager will identify and activate partners within commercial real estate, sustainability consulting, and related services to generate qualified leads for the sales team in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and activate referral partners across targeted categories to drive lead generation
- Own the quarterly channel pipeline quota, maintaining active partner conversations and reporting on channel health
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on partner needs and improve program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, channel business development, or enterprise sales
- Proven track record of building referral or channel partnerships from scratch
- Strong understanding of the institutional commercial real estate landscape
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and make informed decisions
- Excellent written communication skills for effective partner outreach and internal updates
