Growth Partnerships Contractor

Job Summary

Managing the Affiliate channel, the part-time Growth Partnerships Contractor will oversee day-to-day execution, partner relationships, and budget tracking while providing support for Influencer and Content Creator initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day execution of the Affiliate channel, including partner management and reporting
• Support ShopMy and LTK execution, including campaign tracking and performance reporting
• Provide overflow support for Content Creator and Paid Usage workstreams as needed

Required qualifications:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance-based partnership channels
• Strong reporting and analytical skills; familiarity with Tableau or ability to learn quickly
• Highly organized and self-directed, capable of operating independently after initial training
• Available for a minimum of 25 hours per week
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities across channels
