Job Summary
To build a sustainable acquisition channel, the full-time remote Growth Partnerships Manager will source, negotiate, and manage affiliate and referral partnerships while driving revenue growth and optimizing partner performance.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing and closing new partners by managing the full deal cycle, including outreach, pitching, and negotiations
- Growing and managing the partner portfolio through performance reviews, co-marketing strategies, and ongoing relationship management
- Measuring channel performance by building forecasts and collaborating with analytics and marketing teams to track program success
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate/channel marketing, business development, or sales
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing partnerships that generate measurable revenue
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and derive actionable insights
- Experience working in ambiguous environments and a strong desire to build and innovate
