  • Lead and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Manage ongoing partnerships, fostering strong relationships and tracking performance
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to close impactful partnerships aligned with organizational goals
  • Experience in account management or community partnerships, with a track record of growing closed accounts
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to optimize partnerships
  • Passion for the organization's mission and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or education/non-profit sector (nice to have)
