Growth Product Builder

Job Summary

To drive growth through innovative buyflow strategies, the full-time Growth Product Builder will define, build, test, and analyze new buyflow ideas using Noom's internal self-service tool, while collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, spec, and build new buyflow variants directly in Noom Flow Builder
• Launch and manage experiments to test buyflow ideas, from hypothesis through analysis
• Partner with the engineering team to identify and prioritize improvements to the Noom Flow Builder tool

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of growth product experience, including 1-2 years with AI/agentic tooling
• Expert-level familiarity with self-service marketing platforms, analytics tools, or modern AI coding tools
• Strong grounding in A/B testing and experimentation fundamentals
• Experience working in smaller teams with a hands-on approach to building and testing
• Clear communication skills for presenting plans and results to cross-functional partners
