Job Summary
To drive user growth for Dojo Islands, the full-time remote Growth Product Lead will manage the product team responsible for enhancing awareness, installation, activation, and retention of kid users, while collaborating with co-founders and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end kid growth funnel for Dojo Islands, focusing on awareness, install, activation, and early retention
- Coordinate the cross-company roadmap for Monthly Active Kids, integrating efforts across the flagship app and school network
- Lead a small, agile product team to set direction, execute quickly, and learn from outcomes
Required qualifications
- Proven experience owning a top-line growth metric end-to-end, with measurable impacts on DAU/WAU, install conversion, or retention
- Background in gaming or kid-focused products, with experience in scaling games, social, or gamified applications
- Ability to operate at both strategic and detail-oriented levels, including managing a cross-organizational roadmap
- Self-sufficient in data analysis, capable of writing SQL queries and building dashboards independently
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations, with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable plans
