Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

To help achieve a vision of universal access for music creators, the remote Growth Product Manager will own member growth initiatives, manage a prioritized backlog, and navigate the full growth funnel while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own member growth and establish a measurement framework for evaluating growth opportunities
• Navigate the full funnel to achieve growth goals, including acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Conduct end-to-end experiments, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in product or growth, with 3+ years managing subscriber, revenue, or retention KPIs in a scaled consumer software environment
• Experience conducting experiments at scale and analyzing data to differentiate real results from noise
• Proven use of AI tools to drive growth or productivity improvements
• Ability to transform rough ideas into actionable plans that engage teams
• Strong skills in simplifying complex concepts and communicating trade-offs effectively
