Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager (Growth) to lead growth initiatives focused on LLC and corporation funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute a roadmap for new customer and post-purchase funnels to increase customer volume and revenue
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts to optimize conversion rates for site visitors
• Guide design and engineering teams to enhance customer acquisition through data analysis and product insights

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a product role with a focus on conversion rate optimization in a direct-to-consumer environment
• Familiarity with AI prototyping and its integration into the product lifecycle
• Strong leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Solid understanding of growth strategies, including A/B testing and funnel optimization
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel
