Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Growth Product Manager, Retention & Monetization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a roadmap focused on habit formation for new members during their first 90 days
• Lead strategies for proactive churn prevention and develop interventions for at-risk members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive monetization strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in Growth, Retention, or Monetization
• Proven track record in improving LTV and reducing churn in subscription-based environments
• Proficiency in product discovery and user research related to member retention
• Expertise in product analytics tools to analyze user behavior and retention metrics
• Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on high-frequency experimentation
