Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Product Manager who will drive user acquisition and patient activation through automation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap to enhance patient enrollment and activation
• Build and implement AI-driven solutions to automate workflows and increase clinical throughput
• Manage the product development lifecycle, focusing on workflow automation and removing bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on acquisition, activation, retention, data, or AI
• Experience with an experiment-first mindset to optimize user journeys
• Prior experience in direct-to-consumer growth in health tech or managed services is a plus
• Practical experience with AI agents or tools for automating tasks is preferred
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards is advantageous
