Job Summary
Seeking a fractional Growth Product Manager on a part-time 1099 contract basis, the consultant will lead a conversion-rate optimization engagement focused on enhancing customer acquisition and clinical onboarding experiences remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Care funnel CRO workstream by auditing the funnel, generating hypotheses, and managing tests from inception to results reporting
- Curate and maintain an experiment backlog, prioritizing tests based on KPIs and re-ranking every two weeks based on results and business needs
- Set up and maintain PostHog dashboards for experiments, producing weekly readouts that summarize current results and recommended actions for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth product management or conversion rate optimization, particularly in DTC, healthtech, or subscription businesses
- Proficient in experiment design, including hypothesis framing and statistical analysis
- Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Familiarity with project management tools like Linear and design tools like Figma
- Strong written communication skills, capable of producing clear reports for non-PM executives
