Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance website performance and drive business growth, the remote contract Growth Product Manager will own the website growth roadmap, lead experimentation initiatives, and collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to create high-performing web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the website growth and experimentation roadmap, aligning initiatives to business goals
• Drive A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates and lead quality
• Build and prioritize an experimentation backlog across key user journeys and conversion paths

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, Product Management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of website optimization, experimentation, and conversion funnels
• Experience leading A/B testing and experimentation programs
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and experimentation tools
• Working knowledge of web analytics and performance measurement
