Job Summary
To drive growth for apparel eCommerce stores, the full-time remote Growth Product Manager will define and own the product roadmap, identify growth opportunities, and lead conversion rate optimization initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for apparel eCommerce, prioritizing high-impact initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, analytics, and market research
- Lead conversion rate optimization efforts using A/B testing and data-driven experimentation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in eCommerce, preferably in apparel or DTC brands
- Proven experience in owning product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact
- Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify Plus or BigCommerce
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Tableau
