Job Summary
Driving product-led growth initiatives, the full-time remote Growth Product Manager will focus on activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion by building growth loops, developing hypotheses, and running experiments to enhance customer value and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product growth across key parts of the customer journey, including activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion
- Build and optimize growth loops that are repeatable, scalable, and measurable
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop effective strategies and deliver measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years in product management, with experience in product-led growth and experimentation-focused roles in B2B SaaS environments
- BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field/experience
- Strong quantitative business acumen and comfort using data for decision-making
- In-depth knowledge of product growth best practices, experimentation, and funnel analysis
- Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and concepts in product development
