Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

To support significant member growth, the full-time salaried Growth Product Manager will own the growth backlog, navigate the entire funnel from acquisition to retention, and run data-driven experiments while collaborating with a cross-functional team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own member growth and develop the measurement framework for evaluating growth initiatives
• Navigate the full funnel to achieve growth goals, including acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Run end-to-end experiments, from hypothesis to analysis and iteration

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in product or growth, with 3+ years owning key performance indicators in a scaled consumer software company
• Experience running experiments at scale and analyzing data to distinguish between significant results and noise
• Proficiency in using AI tools for growth or productivity improvements
• Ability to transform rough ideas into actionable plans that engage teams
• Strong capability to simplify complex concepts and communicate trade-offs effectively
