Growth Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of market-facing dental insurance products, the full-time salaried Growth Product Manager will manage product lifecycles, perform product planning activities, and drive new product initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supports product planning and lifecycle management through performance analysis and market insights
- Drives product enhancements and growth initiatives, including ACA Marketplace and Direct-to-Consumer offerings
- Develops product concepts, business cases, and requirements to improve customer value and business performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in product management or a related discipline; 5+ years preferred
- Experience managing market-facing, revenue-generating products or services
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and product development principles
- Experience working cross-functionally to develop and launch products and services
