Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Product Manager for their Web3 Gaming team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new ideas and features to achieve live product KPIs and metrics
• Keep a strong pulse on the web3 market and report findings while conceptualizing new features and opportunities
• Remain dynamic in a fast-paced environment and readjust plans and strategies to fit market conditions

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven ability to lead features, projects, and products
• Strong project management skills and ability to present work to the executive team
• Understanding of free-to-play games, core loops, designs, and live ops
• Understanding of blockchain, defi, gamefi, and crypto is a plus
