Growth Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Program Manager who will lead cross-functional programs to drive revenue growth and product commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of Commercial Execution Programs to ensure efficient revenue growth
• Coordinate alignment across teams and manage dependencies for complex programs and projects
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant combination of education and experience
• 5-8 years of experience in project management and leading change initiatives
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Business and technical project management experience preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Visio and Atlassian Solutions (Jira & Confluence)
