Job Summary
To support the growth of recurring revenue, the full-time remote Growth Sales Development Representative will engage customers proactively, prevent churn, and identify upsell opportunities across the product suite.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer engagement to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities
- Analyze product usage signals to initiate meaningful conversations with customers
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies for scalable retention efforts
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer success, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention
- Strong analytical skills to interpret product usage data
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including Sales and Customer Success
- Familiarity with SaaS products and subscription-based business models
