Job Summary

To support the growth of recurring revenue, the full-time remote Growth Sales Development Representative will engage customers proactively, prevent churn, and identify upsell opportunities across the product suite.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer engagement to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities
  • Analyze product usage signals to initiate meaningful conversations with customers
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies for scalable retention efforts
Required qualifications
  • Experience in sales, customer success, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret product usage data
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including Sales and Customer Success
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and subscription-based business models
