Job Summary
Proactively engaging customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities, the full-time remote Growth Sales Development Representative will focus on converting product usage signals into meaningful conversations that enhance recurring revenue and customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and support customers in selecting the right solutions to prevent churn
- Develop and implement data-driven retention strategies to enhance customer engagement
- Unlock expansion opportunities across the product suite to drive growth
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer success roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies
- Ability to analyze product usage data to inform customer conversations
- Proven track record of driving upsell and expansion efforts
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
