Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Sales Manager to lead and scale their growth segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Growth AEs to manage pipelines and close expansion opportunities
  • Establish operational rigor around pipeline management and forecasting to drive revenue performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to convert inbound demand into qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Proven track record of coaching AEs to exceed quotas in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Experience managing pipeline health, forecasting, and rep productivity
  • Ability to develop early-career and mid-career AEs
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
