Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Sales Manager to lead and scale their growth segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Growth AEs to manage pipelines and close expansion opportunities
- Establish operational rigor around pipeline management and forecasting to drive revenue performance
- Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to convert inbound demand into qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience at a high-growth SaaS company
- Proven track record of coaching AEs to exceed quotas in a high-velocity sales environment
- Experience managing pipeline health, forecasting, and rep productivity
- Ability to develop early-career and mid-career AEs
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
