Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, or partner enablement roles
- Background in real estate, SaaS, or B2B consulting preferred
- Proficient with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and comfortable with BI tools like Tableau
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and connect activities to outcomes
- Able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve partner outcomes
