Growth Specialist

Job Summary

To support a location-based entertainment and experiential destination, the remote contract Growth Specialist will manage marketing analytics, reporting, and insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions and scalable reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the marketing metrics scorecard for weekly cross-functional and executive meetings
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to evaluate the impact of marketing activities on ticket sales and business outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external media agencies to align marketing data and reporting needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
• Expertise in marketing performance metrics, attribution, and funnel analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with marketing technology stacks and advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel
