Job Summary
To support Zillow's real estate partners in Preferred Markets, the full-time remote Growth Specialist will manage partner enablement, onboarding, and adoption of Zillow tools while driving measurable outcomes through structured support and data analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and training for new Zillow Premier Agent partners, ensuring smooth integration of various platform capabilities
- Monitor partner usage of Zillow tools, identify adoption gaps, and develop action plans to enhance efficiency and client service
- Track partner activity and performance metrics using Salesforce and BI dashboards, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, account coordination, partner enablement, or related roles
- Background in real estate, SaaS, or B2B account management strongly preferred
- Proficient with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and comfortable with BI tools like Tableau
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and connect activities to outcomes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve partner outcomes
