Job Summary
Owning account targeting and outbound systems, the full-time remote Growth Specialist will build and manage outbound prospecting motions, triage inbound leads, and maintain pipeline data accuracy while collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and run outbound prospecting systems using ICP data and growth tools
- Triage and qualify inbound leads as the first point of contact for prospects
- Maintain full ownership of pipeline data, ensuring accuracy and visibility in Pipedrive
Required qualifications:
- Open to early-career candidates; prior outbound/SDR/BDR experience is a plus
- Familiarity with a modern growth-tech stack, including CRM tools and automation software
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguity
- Outgoing communicator, comfortable engaging with prospects as the first contact
- Fluent in English; multilingual capabilities are a strong advantage
