Job Summary

To support a growing go-to-market team, the full-time Growth Strategist will identify and develop new account opportunities, conduct outbound prospecting, and collaborate with senior sales leaders in a remote-first environment, preferably based in Amsterdam.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and develop new account opportunities across target verticals
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
  • Shadow senior AEs and GTM leaders on client meetings and demos to build domain fluency and selling skills
Required qualifications
  • Early career professional with 2+ years of experience or a post-MBA candidate
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable in client-facing settings
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn about supply chain and enterprise sales
  • Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
  • Resourceful with technology and tools, able to enhance productivity through innovative workflows
