Job Summary
To support a growing enterprise AI platform, the full-time Growth Strategist will identify and develop new account opportunities, conduct outbound prospecting, and collaborate with senior sales leaders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop new account opportunities across target verticals
- Conduct outbound prospecting through multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
- Shadow senior AEs and GTM leaders on client meetings and demos to build domain fluency and selling skills
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience or a post-MBA candidate looking to pivot into enterprise AI technology
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable in client-facing settings
- Demonstrated ownership and a proactive approach to tasks
- Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Collaborative mindset, adaptable to a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
