Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Growth Strategist, this hybrid role will identify and develop new account opportunities while collaborating with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and develop new account opportunities across target verticals
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through multi-channel campaigns including email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Support key pursuit strategies and client engagement by joining opportunity teams and preparing necessary materials
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience or a post-MBA candidate
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable in client-facing settings
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn about supply chain and technology
  • Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
  • Collaborative mindset, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
