Job Summary
To drive strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Growth Strategist will lead comprehensive research efforts, develop actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations for new business opportunities and existing client accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of research methodologies to inform strategic decisions
- Develop insight-led strategies for new business opportunities and RFP responses, collaborating with various agency teams
- Serve as a trusted adviser to senior clients, providing strategic leadership and identifying growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of strategic experience in an agency or consulting environment
- Significant experience designing and leading diverse research methodologies
- Proven track record in leading strategy for complex pitches and new business opportunities
- Strong knowledge of survey design, sampling, and insight development
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear strategic recommendations
