Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Strategy Director to join their GPX leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution
• Translate high-level goals into actionable plans and drive alignment across teams
• Monitor progress against strategic goals and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in consulting, high-growth tech, strategy, or similar roles
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and strong analytical skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of bringing clarity to complex problems
• Interest in AI and familiarity with software/SaaS business models is a plus
• MBA or similar experience is preferred, but experience is prioritized over education
