Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage a process to achieve 28 booked meetings per week, scaling to 240 monthly meetings within a year
  • Transition from existing outbound email agency, taking ownership of prospecting, email sequences, follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive lead handoffs and maintain accountability


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a growth, revenue operations, or similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced startup
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving aggressive targets
  • Proficient in HubSpot, lead sourcing, ad management, and automation tools
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with tactical execution
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changing goals
