Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/ Sr. Director of Growth Strategy (Payer & Public Sector).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine the go-to-market strategy for the Payer and Public Sector segments
• Serve as the senior subject matter expert and executive-level advisor across deals
• Lead and develop a team of Growth Strategy professionals supporting the sales cycle

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, particularly in payer or government roles
• Deep understanding of payer business models and government health programs
• Experience with enterprise sales pursuits, including RFP/RFI responses
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships in fast-paced organizations
• Experience managing and developing teams with a focus on coaching
