Job Summary
To drive the evolution of paid acquisition strategies, the full-time remote Growth Strategy Lead will manage a team focused on optimizing performance across various digital channels, leveraging AI for enhanced marketing workflows, and ensuring alignment between human and automated resources.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction of the paid acquisition portfolio across multiple digital channels
- Manage and mentor a team of Growth Operators, fostering individual and team performance
- Collaborate with technical teams to design AI-enabled marketing workflows and establish best practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing with a focus on business outcomes
- Deep expertise in digital acquisition channels and subscription economics
- Proven success in developing and scaling growth strategies based on customer insights and experimentation
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, including SQL proficiency and designing incrementality tests
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to create scalable processes and workflows
