Job Summary
As the founding commercial leader for the Innovation team, the remote Head of Growth will develop and implement a scalable growth strategy, define the ideal customer profile, and create a product-led growth motion while operating in a dynamic environment without a predefined playbook.
Key responsibilities
- Own the market and segmentation strategy to identify and prioritize market entry based on evidence
- Design and build the tech stack that supports the growth engine for scalability
- Define buyer archetypes to inform targeting, onboarding, and messaging strategies
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years in go-to-market, growth, or commercial roles with a focus on building strategies
- Experience in startups or launching new products in larger organizations
- Demonstrated product-led growth experience, particularly in free-to-paid conversion motions
- Genuine fluency in AI and agentic tech stacks, with a vision for AI-driven go-to-market transformation
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and a sensitivity to the clinical context
